What the UK thinks about childcare.
In the UK a survey stated that most daycare costs have risen, but they find it much higher in the area of London and the South-east. The parents need more help financially to give their children a good start in life and to help them work towards a better education. The parents in Britain are not able to afford the costs, so only about 13% use daycare service all the time. The article on CNN stated that British parents experience the highest childcare costs in Europe.

That's really too bad. I think a lot of parents here in the United States feel that they can relate. As the recession progressed, many parents lost their jobs or their wages were cut. One of the most expensive bills is often childcare In fact in the article "Child Care Costs a Concern with a Down Economy" the naccrra says," average child care costs outpace rent and mortgage payments -- even for those drawing salaries." This is a big problem, because when people cannot afford good childcare, it is the children who suffer the most. That's the essence of that article.
